How To Check and Disable Call Forwarding on iPhone:

To check and remove any call forwarding on an iPhone, follow these simple steps:

๐Ÿ” To Check and Disable Call Forwarding on iPhone:

โœ… Method 1: Using iPhone Settings

  1. Open the Settings app ๐Ÿ“ฑ
  2. Scroll down and tap on “Phone” ๐Ÿ“ž
  3. Tap on “Call Forwarding” (This will only appear if your carrier supports it.)
  4. If Call Forwarding is enabled, you’ll see the number it’s forwarded to.
  5. Toggle Call Forwarding OFF (so the switch is grey).

โœ… Method 2: Using Carrier Code (if the setting is not visible)

Some carriers (especially outside the U.S.) donโ€™t show forwarding in the settings. You can dial special codes to disable it.

Open the Phone app and dial the following codes:

  • Disable all forwarding: ##002# then press Call
  • Disable Unconditional forwarding only: ##21# then press Call
  • Disable When Busy: ##67# then press Call
  • Disable When Unanswered: ##61# then press Call
  • Disable When Unreachable (out of coverage): ##62# then press Call

Youโ€™ll get a message like โ€œErasure was successful.โ€

๐Ÿ“Œ Notes:

  • If you’re using Dual SIM, call forwarding settings may be different for each line.
  • You can also contact your carrier if the forwarding setting is locked or hidden.
