Outline the flow of how the AI agent will work from user input to final output.

🔍 Key Concepts:

  • Agent architecture: What tools, models, memory, UI, and APIs are needed?

  • User journey: How does a user interact with the agent?

  • Data flow: Where does data come from and where does it go?

🧠 Example Workflow:

User uploads a PDF → Agent extracts text → Summarizes → Logs result to Notion → Sends email → Logs status in a database

✅ Activities:

  • Create a flow diagram (hand-drawn or digital)

  • List tools/libraries to be used (e.g., LangChain, Streamlit, SQLite, Whisper, Zapier)

  • Choose LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Mistral via Ollama, Claude)

📄 Deliverable:

Submit a workflow document or diagram showing:

  • Agent logic

  • Tools used

  • API/data sources

  • Optional: error handling, user login, memory handling
